Our SaaS solution simplifies the end-to-end compliance lifecycle from scheduling and digital recordings of buildings, such as fire risk assessments, to managing issues found during inspections and providing a golden thread of data across the process. Our solution takes away client stress of ensuring that their properties are meeting legal requirements and allows them to focus on providing their residents with great service with the assurance that their buildings are safe.

About the role
We’re looking for a Front-End engineer to create highly usable web applications. Ideally, you’ll be obsessed with pixel-perfection and can turn a design into something that everyone loves using.
If your application is successful you will initially spend your time working with our Product Design team to plan, and create a reusable design system for our web portal.
Working with other engineers you will be:
Adding to and maintaining the design system
Writing JavaScript/TypeScript to build a website you’re proud of
Writing unit and feature tests
Promoting a culture of quality amongst the team
Integrating front-end components to work with API’s
You should apply if you:
have worked with component libraries before
have a deep understanding of JavaScript concepts
are proficient in at least one JavaScript framework (we’re currently on Vue/Nuxt)
proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/SCSS
have a solid understanding of front end build tools such as Webpack, npm or Vite
enjoy writing tests
understand REST, HTTP methods, error codes and the general architecture of the internet
Understand web security and application vulnerabilities, XSS, CRSF etc.
have worked with component libraries before
have a deep understanding of JavaScript concepts
are proficient in at least one JavaScript framework (we’re currently on Vue/Nuxt)
proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/SCSS
have a solid understanding of front end build tools such as Webpack, npm or Vite
enjoy writing tests
understand REST, HTTP methods, error codes and the general architecture of the internet

have prior experience with Flutter or Dart

Interview process
Our goal is to keep the interview process fairly simple to keep you engaged, but thorough enough to help us each understand if we’re a good fit for each other.
This is what the process will look like for this role:
Step 1: 30-min initial meeting to get to know each other with a Product Designer, discuss your background and past experiences – so that we can understand if your skills and expertise match what we’re looking for
Step 2: A longer, technical, interview with a Software Engineer
Throughout the process we’ll give you insights into Riskhub, our current product suite and vision for the future. We welcome any questions as we want to make sure you’re joining a team and company you’ll be excited to be part of.
If you’d like to, we’ll also be able to arrange for you to meet more people from the team.
