About the role

As Product Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of our digital products, championing Kanban methodology to ensure continuous value delivery to our clients. Your role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery management, serving as the linchpin between product strategy and technical execution.

 

Key responsibilities

Programme Governance:

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for product roadmap execution
  • Implement and refine Kanban systems, optimising workflow efficiency and maintaining appropriate work-in-progress limits
  • Drive data-informed decision-making through careful analysis of delivery metrics and performance indicators

Stakeholder Management

·        Foster strong partnerships across product management, engineering and quality assurance teams

·        Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders at all organisational levels

·        Facilitate critical business decisions to maintain delivery momentum

·        Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and execute release strategies

Team Leadership

·        Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and personal development

·        Guide and mentor team members in Kanban principles and agile methodologies

·        Ensure effective resource allocation and capacity planning

·        Drive high standards of quality across all delivery

 

Qualifications and experience

·        Minimum of five years' experience in product delivery management within a SaaS environment

·        Demonstrated expertise in implementing and scaling Kanban systems

·        Strong track record of successful product launches and delivery optimisation

·        Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and release management

·        Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams

·        Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior levels

Work location

The role is hybrid and based in our London hub, located in Farringdon. You’ll be expected to come to the office 4 days Monday to Thursday. Working from home on Friday with 4pm finish.
