About the role
We are looking to hire a Junior Product Manager to help us take one of our three core products to the next level. You'll be responsible for managing the planning, execution and delivery of new product features by helping gather requirements, defining specifications and ensuring our features are delivered to high standards
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in product management and gain valuable experience working in a cross-functional team
Based on your experience, skillset and preference, you'll be assigned to one of our verticals:
1. Operations hub: our product that enables service companies to manage their workforce, schedule work and streamline their operations
2. Field Services hub: our product is designed to enable service companies to configure and carry out on-site inspections via native mobile apps
3. Compliance hub: our product is designed to enable real estate companies to better manage their property portfolio and their compliance
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the ideation, design, and development of new features or products, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, ensuring alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to execute product initiatives effectively.
Assist in coordinating product launches ensuring a smooth rollout.
Participate in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivered product meets quality standards and user expectations.
Maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes, and provide regular updates and reports on product performance and progress.
Qualifications and experience
1 year + experience working as a product manager/product owner/ business analyst
A passion for understanding customer needs and a desire to create solutions that solve their problems and enhance their experiences
An ability to analyse data and feedback to make informed product decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, requirements and feedback to cross-functional teams

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA and customer support
A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to embrace change
Nice to have
Previous experience as a for a BA/PO/PM is preferred
Familiarity with the housing sector or compliance is a plus

Work location
The role is hybrid and based in our London hub, located in Farringdon. You’ll be expected to come to the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

Interview process
Our goal is to keep the interview process fairly simple to keep you engaged, but thorough enough to help us understand if you’re going to be a good fit for the team. This is what the process will look like for this role:
Step 1: 20-min initial meeting to get to know each other, discuss your background and past experiences – so that we can understand if your skills and expertise match what we’re looking for
Step 2: 45-min task-based presentation to walk through a worked example together – so that we can get a feel for how you’ll approach problems and work through them in the job
Final step: 20 minutes intro with our CPO (Chief Product Officer) or Head of Product
Throughout the process we’ll give you insights into Riskhub, our current product suite and vision for the future. We welcome any questions as we want to make sure you’re joining a team and company you’ll be excited to be part of.
